No full sentence required. 헐 arrives, looks shocked, and does its job.

The dots matter. 헐… often feels more disappointed or speechless than an energetic 헐!
헐 for Someone’s Questionable Decisions

Adding ㅋㅋ softens the reaction and makes it playful. Without it, 헐 might sound more genuinely concerned—or more judgmental.
